Families Helping Families (FHF) provides a lifeline to many local families through their darkest and most difficult hours.

Hope Loves Company is our motto, and through support groups, grief education workshops, outreach, and family consultation, FHF offers life-enhancing, peer-based experiences to families learning to live with loss. Families overcome their feelings of isolation, regain a sense of normalcy, and learn to function more productively in their lives.

Help fill a critical need in the community of San Diego by providing emotional support and education to bereaved families.

  • $1,000 provides a full year of bereavement services for a family.
  • $500 sponsors one grief education workshop for bereaved families.
  • $100 underwrites a support group meeting for bereaved children.
