If you are grieving, or know someone who is grieving, Families Helping Families (FHF) can help.

Whether through our efforts to support families and individuals, local communities, the classroom, or the workplace, FHF provides programs and services to support those in grief.

In all cases, we recognize that grief is unique for every individual and circumstance. We strive to tailor our approach to meet the needs of every situation, honoring that individuality.

Families and Individuals – our unique and innovative support groups offer a safe environment to express grief with peers, gain insights into living through loss, and give hope that there is life after the terrible pain of losing a loved one. We offer groups for parents, Moms, Dads, Siblings ages 7-17, Young Adults ages 18-35, those with Violent Losses, Partners, and Friends and Families. Learn more or register for FHF to contact you.

Communities – FHF offers a broad range of services to support grief education in the community. We will tailor our approach to meet your specific needs.

Classrooms – FHF offers a broad range of services to support students and faculty following a loss of a student.

Workplace – FHF offers consultation and education for co-workers following the loss of an employee or an employee’s loved one.
