Parent’s Support Group

Facing the loss of a child and having to live through the loss is the biggest challenge a parent will ever face.  Meet with peers to discuss your common and individual experiences, and gain the support of others who have walked a similar path.  The Parent’s group provides a safe and supportive environment to explore the following:

- What happens to you when you lose a child?
- How can you honor your child’s life and the love you continue to feel?
- How does the loss change your family?
- How can you deal with your emotions?
- What can you do to help yourself and your family?
- How can you deal with people who don’t understand or accept your grief?
- How can you practice self-compassion during your healing process?

This group meets every Thursday from 6:30-8:00 at  The Jenna Druck Foundation office.

Both Parents, Mothers, and Fathers are all welcome to attend at no charge.
