The grief, trauma and heartache associated with losing a cherished loved one can create a painful and overwhelming physical and emotional life experience. Start this New Year off by taking time to experience, learn about and create a gentle self-care plan to incorporate into your daily schedule. Learn meditation, visualization, gentle seated yoga postures and breathing techniques designed to instill balance and a sense of well-being into your body, mind and heart. Workshop session will also include an interactive discussion about self-care which will lead into identifying several self-care strategies that resonate with you that can be part of your self-care plan.

Kali Love is known as a warm, attentive and open-hearted healing force in the world. Under the guidance of Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon of the Chopra Center for Well-being, Kali has become a Chopra Center Certified Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga teacher. She currently teaches yoga at Bliss Yoga in Encinitas and the Chopra Center in Carlsbad, at Chopra Events and teacher trainings across the country. She is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Master Level Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Kali’s gentle and insightful nature soulfully weaves together the heart and wisdom of Yoga and Eastern Philosophies in a way that offers compassion and inspires clarity and ease for those with whom she connects.
